I have a rather extensive collection of cook books (more than 200) and a few years ago it was suggested that I quit buying and start using.
So I did.
My goal was not to cook the same thing twice for a year.
And it just kind of took off from there. Some things get a life of their own.
All those recipes in all those books were just a jumping off point.
